Natubind

Bioproton has developed and produces a series of broad-spectrum mycotoxins binders.

Natubind (standard), containing inorganic minerals, Diatomite/Kieselguhr, adsorbs a broad range of mycotoxins irreversibility both safely and cost effectively.

Diatomite/Kieselguhr, the fossilised remains of a fresh water organism (amorphous silica),  acts like a sieve to trap mycotoxins.   Sourced exclusively from specific deposits in Australia, the ingredients are chosen for their demonstrated efficient mycotoxin binding affinity.

They are safe and approved in the USA and European Union as a food additive.

Next to Natubind (standard), Bioproton has two other versions which are branded Natubind Plus and Natubind Enriched. In these two products Diatomite/Kieselguhr, has been replaced partly by organic yeast cell walls (YCWs). The YCWs from saccharomyces cerevisiae contain a.o. mannan oligosccharades (MOS), and beta-glucans to enhance the binding effect of the mycotoxins . These enable broader spectrum coverage and lower dose rate.

Natubind-series are effective against: Aflatoxin, Ochratoxin, Trichothecenes, Ergotamine, and Zearalenone.
