Bioproton has provided internship opportunities through university programs including Cooperative Education for Enterprise Development (CEED) with QUT, Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)/Master of Engineering (BE(Hons)/ME) placement with UQ and Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) program with Griffith. Our recent WIL student, Ms Laura Blechner, has successfully completed a research project in investigating probiotics properties of Bacillus strains for application in animal feed. Her study helps to explain the molecular mechanisms of Bacillus probiotics.
